Anteon International Corp. of Fairfax won a $90 million, five-year contract from the U.S. Forces Korea Joint Command Information Systems Activity to support command, control, communications, computers and intelligence for both U.S. and South Korean forces.
Kellogg Brown & Root Services Inc. of Arlington won a $25 million contract from the Army Corps of Engineers for renovation and repair of military and civil projects within the six-state region of Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. The Halliburton Co. subsidiary also won a $16 million award from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command to clean up and repair family housing units and continue relief efforts to victims of Hurricane Wilma in Florida. The latest award brings the total under the contract to $90.5 million.
Orbimage of Dulles won a $12 million contract from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency for high-resolution commercial satellite imagery.
Advanced Technology Systems Inc. of McLean won an $11.9 million, five-year contract from the Homeland Security Department to support development of the integrated, experimental border and transportation security network in Arizona.
Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. of McLean won a $56.6 million contract from the Air Force for operation of the Survivability/Vulnerability Information Analysis Center.
Alpha Insight Corp. of Falls Church won a $3.2 million contract from the State Department's Bureau of Overseas Building Operations to deliver software engineering and support services for the Building Management Integrated System, which integrates legacy systems that manage the government's overseas properties.
Schnabel Engineering North of Leesburg won approval from the Federal Highway Administration to negotiate a contract worth up to $5 million to provide geotechnical engineering and related services for the Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division.
Avineon Inc. of Alexandria won a $3 million extension of its subcontract with Harris Corp. to provide geographic information systems support to update Census Bureau databases.
Gryphon Technologies Inc. of Riverdale won a $37.5 million, five-year contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command to provide engineering and technical services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center's Port Hueneme Division.
Xacta Corp. of Ashburn will do the work on a $2.7 million contract awarded to its parent company, Telos Corp., by the Air Force Combat Command to deploy a wireless local area network on three Air Force bases.
Northrop Grumman Information Technology of McLean won a $10.1 million contract from the Air Force's Headquarters Air Education and Training Command for information technology services to support the technical training management system.
Shaw Remediation Services LLC of Virginia Beach won a $25 million contract from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command for environmental cleanup services at sites ranked on the Superfund National Priority List, underground storage tanks and other locations.
