These were among incidents reported recently by the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office and the Leesburg, Middleburg and Purcellville police departments. For more information, contact your local police or sheriff's department.

Ashburn Area

INDECENT EXPOSURE

HAY RD., 43000 block, 10:55 to 11 a.m. Jan. 31. A man was seen exposing himself in a preschool area. Police were called and the area was searched, but the man was not found.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

DILLWORTH SQ., 22000 block, 5 p.m. Feb. 2 to 7 a.m. Feb. 3. Plywood was stolen from a construction site.

GLADWYNE CT., 20000 block, 9 p.m. Jan. 30 to 7 a.m. Jan. 31. A DVD system, a digital music player and a Global Positioning System receiver were stolen from a vehicle, and the interior of the vehicle was damaged.

LADYSLIPPER SQ., 21000 block, 5 p.m. Feb. 2 to 6 a.m. Feb. 3. A refrigerator was stolen from a construction site.

RYAN RD., 43000 block, 4 p.m. Feb. 2 to 8 a.m. Feb. 3. Tools were stolen from a work vehicle, and the vehicle was damaged.

Leesburg Area

ASSAULTS

CATOCTIN CIR. NE, 700 block, 11:45 a.m. Feb. 4. An assault at a residence was reported.

CLUBHOUSE DR. SW, 100 block, 1:30 p.m. Feb. 2. Verbal threats at a residence were reported.

CONSTELLATION SQ. NE, 600 block, 11:07 p.m. Feb. 2. An assault at a residence was reported.
