In Ohio, Bush Touts Health Savings Plan

DUBLIN, Ohio, Feb. 15 -- President Bush met Wednesday with employees of a fast-food chain here to promote a centerpiece of the company's and the administration's new health care plans: tax-free health savings accounts, or HSAs, for workers.
