Another Helping Of Oval Lingotto?
Saturday, February 25, 2006
We're on the last lap, or perhaps the final slope, of the Winter Olympics, and the fatigue is setting in. Maybe it's the altitude, or maybe the cold, but more likely it's the effects of watching the better part of 418 hours of TV coverage (it only feels like 372 hours).
Thanks to our superb conditioning, however, we have enough energy left to hand out some medals. So, arrivederci , Turin -- till we meet again in Vancouver (2010), eh?
