Electronic Data Systems Corp. of Plano, Tex.; Companion Data Services LLC of Columbia, S.C.; and IBM Global Services of Gaithersburg won a contract worth up to $1.9 billion from the Health and Human Services Department for an enterprise data center.

Technologists Inc. of Arlington won a $12.2 million contract from the Army to design, renovate and construct a cell block in a detention facility in Afghanistan.

InDyne Inc. of McLean won a $200 million, five-year contract from NASA to provide information technology support services.

Alion Science and Technology Corp. of McLean won a $48.5 million, five-year contract from the Naval Air Systems Command to research and develop technologies to improve simulation and training for joint operations of the U.S. Joint Forces Command.

CACI International Inc. of Arlington won a $15 million, five-year subcontract from Sigmatech Inc. to continue supporting an online resource management system for the Army Materiel Command.

Lockheed Martin Corp. of Manassas won a $20.1 million contract from the Air Force's Headquarters Electronic Systems Center for the Airborne and Maritime/Fixed Station Joint Tactical Radio System.

Pepco Energy Services of Arlington won a $183.8 million contract from the Defense Energy Support Center for electricity.

Direct Energy Services LLC of Bethesda won a $7.9 million contract from the Defense Energy Support Center for electricity.

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp.'s Sperry Marine division of Charlottesville won a $40.3 million contract from the Naval Surface Warfare Center for engineering and technical services in support of existing Sperry Marine integrated bridge system and steering/ship control systems equipment.

Wexford Group International Inc. of Vienna won a $17.9 million contract from the Army Contracting Agency for engineering services and support for the Army Rapid Equipping Force.

TCG International LLC of the District won a $5.8 million contract from the General Services Administration for mission-oriented business integrated services.

McCammon Group of Richmond won a $1.3 million contract from the General Services Administration for mission-oriented business integrated services.

Alliant Techsystems Inc.'s Alliant Ammunition and Powder Co. LLC division of Radford won a $5.4 million contract from the Army Materiel Command for bulk explosives.

A & R Development Corp. of Baltimore won a $1.8 million contract from the Air Force Materiel Command for leasing of apartments in Baltimore.
