· Middle Eastern Belly Dance , featuring muscle isolation and intricate gyrations; and Brazilian Groove , Latin dance moves to upbeat music (Washington Sports Club).
· Urban Rebounding , a vertical workout with mini-trampoline; and Cardio Hoops, low-impact aerobics with weighted hula hoop (Bally's).
