Balletone: Heel and D'oh!

· Urban Funk , a cardio class driven by funk music; and Cardio Combat , advanced kicking and striking moves drawn from martial arts (Results the Gym).


· Interval Sculpt and Jump , combining strength training with jump rope; and Kukuwa Dance , done to a blend of Latin merengue, African soukous and Caribbean soca rhythms (Sports Club/LA).

· Middle Eastern Belly Dance , featuring muscle isolation and intricate gyrations; and Brazilian Groove , Latin dance moves to upbeat music (Washington Sports Club).

· Urban Rebounding , a vertical workout with mini-trampoline; and Cardio Hoops, low-impact aerobics with weighted hula hoop (Bally's).
