D.C.'s own Tony Martin makes his TV debut on Travel Channel's "5 Takes," an Internet-TV hybrid series that chronicles the adven- tures of five amateur travel journalists (or "TJs"). Sure, he's allowed to have fun as he traipses his way through Australia and the Pacific Rim, but Martin is also required to produce "v-logs" and blogs about his adventure for the network's Web site.
