Electronic Data Systems Corp. of Herndon won a $3.12 billion contract from the Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command to provide information technology seat management services across the Navy and Marine Corps.

ManTech International Corp. of Fairfax won a $114 million, two-year contract from Computer Sciences Corp. for services to the Army's readiness directorate field service support division, which is working to defeat improvised explosive devices in Southwest Asia.

Pearson KEI Inc. of Arlington won a $32 million contract from the Defense Information Systems Agency for its enterprise business modernization project to replace legacy applications with an integrated procurement system.

InfoZen Inc. of Rockville won a $148.5 million contract from the Transportation Security Administration for transportation vetting platform operations and maintenance.

Smiths Detection Inc. of Edgewood won a $333 million contract from the Army for chemical and biological protective shelter.

Bell Boeing Program Joint Program Office of Patuxent River won three contracts for $42.1 million, $28.7 million and $26.8 million from the Naval Inventory Control Point to manufacture new parts to support the MV-22 tilt rotor aircraft. The company also won a $17.7 million contract from the Naval Air Systems Command for hydraulic automatic test systems and ancillary equipment for the V-22 aircraft.

AT&T Government Solutions Inc. of Vienna won a contract for $8.2 million from the Defense Department to provide 36 secure, high-capacity circuits to the Defense Information Systems Agency for the Defense Information Systems Network.

Cornet Technology Communications , a unit of Cornet Technology Inc. of Springfield, won a $1.5 million contract from the Army for a system to automate switching and record-keeping.

EDS Corp.'s Herndon government unit won a $1.5 million contract from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to support Single Family Asset Management System, real estate management software.

Intekras Inc. of Sterling won a $7.2 million, five-year contract from the Health and Human Services Department to support the Medicare Learning Network, which assists health care providers and associated businesses with Medicaid and Medicare programs.

Computer Sciences Corp. -- Defense of Falls Church won a $54 million contract from the Naval Air Warfare Center to develop, install, manage, and maintain a simulation training capability that meets the requirements of Flight School XXI simulation services for the Army Aviation Center at Fort Rucker, Ala.

Dataline Inc. of Norfolk won a $5.2 million contract from the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division to perform technical control facility upgrades and cable installation in Iraq, Djibouti and Tampa, Fla.

Arctic Slope World Services Inc. of Greenbelt won a $3.7 million contract from the Army Contracting Agency for refueling and defueling services in Fort Rucker, Ala.

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp.'s Sperry Marine Division of Charlottesville won a $40.3 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command for integrated bridge system and steering/ship control systems equipment.

Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems of Bethesda won a $17.4 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command for systems engineering and integration in support of Combat System Warfare Federated Tactical Systems.

General Dynamics, Advanced Information Systems (formerly Digital System Resources Inc.) of Fairfax won a $9.5 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command for software system engineering design under a Small Business Innovative Research program for the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems.

Exxon Mobil Fuels Marketing Co. of Fairfax won a $720.5 million contract to provide jet fuel for the Defense Energy Support Center.

Pepco Energy Services of Arlington won a $17.5 million contract from the Defense Energy Support Center for electricity.

Lockheed Martin Corp. Maritime Systems and Sensors of Manassas won a $5.2 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command for the acoustic rapid commercial off-the-shelf insertion program production.

BAE Systems Applied Technologies Inc. of Rockville won a $9.3 million contract from the Naval Air Warfare Center for engineering and technical services to provide life cycle support of communication-electronic equipment, systems and subsystems for the Special Communications Requirements Division.

Integral Systems Inc. of Lanham won a $21.5 million contract from the Air Force's Headquarters Space and Missile Systems Center to support upgraded command and control capabilities for the Air Force's communications satellites.

Force 3 Inc. of Crofton won a $25 million contract from the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia for picture archiving and communication equipment for the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps.

BearingPoint Inc. of McLean won a $1.2 million contract from the Office of Naval Research to provide Lean Six Sigma program support.

Moog Components Group Inc. of Blacksburg won a $4.6 million contract from the Army Materiel Command for electrical contact brushes and electrodes.
