City of Fairfax Offices To Be Closed Tomorrow

City of Fairfax offices will be closed tomorrow for the city's spring holiday.

The closures include city government offices and the senior center.

General District Court and the museum and visitors center will be open, and CUE buses will run on a regular weekday schedule.

Bus Service to Begin At New Reston Station

The Fairfax Connector bus service will begin running from the new Reston Town Center Transit Station on Sunday.

Bus stops and transfer areas on Bluemont Way and Explorer Street have been moved to the new station, at 12051 Bluemont Way.

Bus routes operating from the new transit station include Fairfax Connector routes 504, 505, 556, 574, 605 and 950 and RIBS routes 1, 2, 3 and 4.

A Connector Store is scheduled to open in the next few weeks. It will offer tickets and fare media as well as schedules, maps and other information.

Several Fairfax Connector bus routes also will change April 16.

Egg Hunt, Easter Bunny In Falls Church

The City of Falls Church will hold an Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday at Cherry Hill Park.

The Easter Bunny will be on hand to meet children, who should bring a basket to collect eggs.
