Maryland Public Television (Channel 22) floods its prime-time lineup this week with all things Chesapeake during its second annual "Chesapeake Bay Week." Some of the programming is heavy -- including Tuesday's "Outdoors Maryland" (7:30 p.m.), which spotlights environmental threats to the bay -- but it ends Saturday night at 6:30 with live coverage of a good old-fashioned boat race in Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
