Travelers flying to Boston may have noticed that the three gates at Logan International that used to be called Terminal D are now part of Terminal C. The international gateway, currently Terminal E, will be renamed Terminal D in 2007 . . . Last month, Manchester (N.H.) Regional officially became Manchester-Boston Regional . The airport is about 60 miles from Boston . . . An interactive billboard debuted in Terminal 3 at Chicago's O'Hare International last week. The large screen mixes advertising with news, weather and sports; travelers walking by can customize the display. New York's John F. Kennedy International may be the next airport to test the technology . . . Dubai announced plans to build a 54-square-mile "city" centered on what will become the Dubai World Central International Airport . It is slated to have three terminals and rail service to the existing Dubai International Airport . . . Philadelphia International had the world's second-highest passenger traffic growth rate in 2005, according to Airports Council International. Beijing's Capital International held first place.
