Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 100 percent of employee medical and dental insurance, effective the first day of employment. Maternity and adoption leave is paid at 100 percent for four weeks. Paternity leave is paid at 100 percent for one week. Elder care leave is paid at 100 percent for two weeks. There are 11 paid holidays. Employees initially receive two weeks of vacation, then three weeks after three years of service. Employees receive five sick days. They may contribute to a 401(k) plan; there is no company match. Employees receive stock options. Tuition reimbursement and corporate training are provided on a case-by-case basis. Flexible spending accounts are available: Employees may contribute $500 for health and $5,000 for dependent care. Merit-based bonuses are awarded. Company provides $65 per month in Metro benefits. Parking is company subsidized; 25 percent of employees telecommute.
