Anthony Bourdain, that unpredictable traveling chef, is taking his Travel Channel show " No Reservations " to the Texas/Mexico border. No, he's not going all Lou Dobbs on us for a report on immigration. Rather, he's sampling the local dishes and checking out the scenery in the Mexican border towns of Piedras Negras and Monterrey. Monday at 10 p.m.
