The former president of Gulf & Western Industries Inc. was on Enron's board from 1985-2002. He no longer sits on any boards.

Robert A. Belfer*

Norman P. Blake Jr.*

The former chairman and chief executive of Comdisco Inc. has been on the board of Owens Corning since 1992.
