At the time of Enron's collapse, Mendelsohn

also served on the board of ImClone Systems Inc. He is president of the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.

Jerome J. Meyer

Meyer serves on the audit and finance and operations committees of StanCorp Financial Group.

Paulo V. Ferraz Pereira

Ferraz is president of a major South American banking conglomerate. He served on Enron's audit and finance committees.

Frank Savage

Savage remains on the board of Lockheed Martin Corp., despite efforts by organized labor to boot him off in 2002. He is also a personal money manager.

John A. Urquhart

Urquhart joined the board of Catalytica Energy Systems Inc. in 1997 and will stay on until June.

John Wakeham

The former British energy secretary under Margaret Thatcher, Lord Wakeham was on the board's audit committee.

Charls Walker

Walker, of Potomac, left the Enron board in 1999 and holds no board memberships. He is a lobbyist and economist.

Herbert S. Winokur, Jr.

The managing general partner at the investment firm Capricorn Holdings, Winokur sits on two boards.
