· A June 7 Metro article about the conviction of Robert Hendrix in connection with the death of Joseph Donick Jr. inaccurately reported part of the statement of facts agreed upon by the defense and prosecution. According to the statement, an argument between the men escalated when Donick threatened to shoot a dog that was with Hendrix and his friends. The dog was walking in Donick's front yard. Hendrix then went onto Donick's front porch, where he assaulted Donick.

· A June 7 Style story on Sen. Sam Brownback (R-Kan.) misstated the planting and harvest seasons for wheat in Kansas. According to the Kansas Department of Agriculture, the predominant wheat crop in the state is generally planted in September and harvested in June.
