SO MANY QUESTIONS . . . {vbar}A Further Conversation From Our Weekly Online Chat
Cap Hill Grill Girl: Last night I grilled sweet potato slices with olive oil/salt/pepper until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. DELISH. What other not-normally-grilled foods would you recommend I throw on Kenny (my grill)?
Walter Nicholls: Ms. Hill Grill Girl, that would depend on your definition of normal -- I've noticed you have a pet name for your grill. With that in mind, my first thought would be, perhaps, thick wedges of radicchio, fava beans in the pod and plump black mission figs. After a drizzle of olive oil and seasoning, the radicchio and beans will require about five minutes. Be gentle with the figs. Sweet and smoky works well with a variety of fruits. Try pineapple, banana, peaches and grapes on a skewer.

CHOCOLATE FIX {vbar}Online Magazine Tours NYC Streets
Chocolate Zoom, an online "Chocolate Tour of New York" launched June 1, could be just what you're craving. Carmen Botez turned her professional background in publishing and her passion for chocolate into a site devoted to the sweetest parts of the city. The beat is specific -- chocolate boutiques and dessert menus -- but one that readers as far away as Germany and Turkey are apparently drooling over.
"I used to skip dessert, but not anymore," says Anne Loh Re, vice president of public relations. "I want to sample as much as possible." July's issue will focus on ice cream and an interview with the head of operations for La Maison du Chocolat. Chocolate Zoom's future might include actual chocolate tours of New York and magazine subscriptions. For now, you can inhale it all free at http:/
