Where: Carroll County Ag Center, Westminster. From Baltimore Beltway, take I-795 north to Route 140 north toward Westminster. Turn left onto Center Street and proceed past Carroll County General Hospital, turning right onto Gist Road. At stop sign, turn right onto Smith Avenue, which dead-ends at the Ag Center.
