Reagan National's 34-space cell phone waiting area turned a month old yesterday. Finding it is still a little tricky. At the north end of the airport, it's on the left for those entering from the southbound George Washington Parkway, but drivers must pass in front of Terminal B/C and then take the return loop back to the airport in order to gain access . . . Due to increased international traffic, last week Phoenix Sky Harbor International moved Hawaiian Airlines from terminal 4 to the south concourse of terminal 3 . . . Through Jan. 15, spend a layover at San Francisco International exploring "Made in China: A Visual Feast of Color and Design," a collection of more than 200 books, records, clothing and other objects located in Gallery G2 in the International terminal . . . Munich Airport was named "Best Airport in Europe," according to a 93-country passenger survey. Singapore's Changi International nabbed the world's top title . . . Construction on a proposed two-year project to move (yes, move) the south runway at Los Angeles International kicked off last week, leaving open three remaining runways. The 55-foot shift south, according to the airport's communications office, is to improve runway safety; three runways remain open, and no set delay times have been released. New this spring, those headed to downtown and points south can use the nonstop, 24-hour FlyAway bus service between LAX and downtown's Union Station (about 45 minutes, $3 one-way).
