Jenna Bush Smoked Out

Jenna's still in town!

First twin Jenna Bush caused quite a late-night stir at downtown bar the Bottom Line on Friday in a black dress and heels. But the big news is . . . she's still here! The 24-year-old is apparently living it up with friends before she heads off to Latin America at the end of the summer; a teaching job awaits her there.

Sources say the blond twin smoked Parliament cigarettes and was in a generous mood -- she passed out a few to strangers. Jenna was "very giggly" with her posse of similar-looking gal pals and stayed out until the wee hours of Saturday morning.

To Live and Die in L.A., Er, D.C.

Welcome back to Washington, John McClane.

The fourth installation of the "Die Hard" series, "Live Free or Die Hard," is set in our nation's capital and will actually film in the District and Baltimore for a few days in September, sources tell us. The majority of filming will happen in Los Angeles -- of course -- but who's complaining? "Die Hard 2" was also centered in the Washington area, at Dulles International Airport.

Bruce Willis will reprise his role as tough-talking cop McClane in the flick, but casting is still ongoing for other parts. A publicist for the movie said Willis will "most likely" be in Washington to film a few scenes, alongside other soon-to-be-announced actors.

The latest "Die Hard" follows McClane as he tries to fend off an attack on America's computer infrastructure that begins to shut the country down. The movie is slotted for a June 2007 release.

She Blogs, He Blogs

It doesn't look like a last-minute reconciliation is in the cards for "Meet the Barkers" stars Shanna Moakler and Travis Barker . And they're taking their grievances to the streets. Make that cyberspace.

Moakler wrote a message on her MySpace Web page saying she was "devastated" when Barker filed for divorce on Aug. 7. "I wanted nothing more [than] to overcome the challenges we faced but failed," she wrote. Moakler added Monday that she feels "like I'm in a nightmare and I just wanna wake up and pretend it never happened."

Barker remained mum for a few days following the divorce announcement, but posted a message on his MySpace page Monday that detailed his role as a loving father (to "set the record straight"), noting that Moakler sleeps most of the day and doesn't spend much time with their three children. He also hinted that his wife of (almost) two years had an affair.

Moakler has worked six times in the past four years, Barker wrote, and added that their nanny is referred to as "Mommy" sometimes. "I never wanted this. . . . Never," he said. "My heart is broken and a dream of mine is gone." Barker's rant was later removed from his page.

So much for remaining the "best of friends."

End Notes

· "Everybody Loves Raymond" star Brad Garrett and his wife of seven years, Jill Diven , quietly divorced a year ago, the actor told USA Today . The couple kept their marital status under such wraps that even Garrett's parents and co-workers weren't in the loop. Well, that's one way to do it. The couple have two children, Max , 7, and Hope , 6.

· The news-savvy Jurys Washington Hotel is taking advantage of airline bans on liquids and gels by offering a "Liquid Infusion Package" for liquid-free travelers. For $299, guests will receive standard toiletries (toothpaste, hair gel, etc.), a hydrating face mask, water and a continental breakfast with a smoothie during their stay. The package was the brainchild of a hotel employee and a Jurys publicist who was left thirsty after her bottled water (and other toiletries) were confiscated during a flight last week. Hey, when opportunity knocks . . .

· Paris Hilton 's chomp-happy pet kinkajou Baby Luv can rest easy: It's here to stay. Well, for now, at least. The heiress was rushed to the hospital last week after the raccoon-like animal took a bite out of her arm and drew blood. "Paris is fine," her rep, Elliot Mintz , assured us yesterday. "Paris will keep her pet." Now, where the heck is Tinkerbell?
