Baltimore TUNNEL SECURITY
Man With Camera Questioned
A 24-year-old Israeli citizen fascinated with Baltimore's Inner Harbor tunnel system sparked security concerns Friday night after a motorist spotted him photographing the Fort McHenry Tunnel.
Maryland State Police said the incident occurred about 6:30 p.m. after officials at the Maryland Coordination and Analysis Center received a call reporting that someone in a van with Connecticut license plates was videotaping or photographing the tunnel as he drove through.
