Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 100 percent of medical premiums for employees, effective the first day of employment. Employees pay an additional cost for dependents (which does not include domestic partners). The company pays 100 percent of dental and vision benefits for employees and dependents. Six weeks of maternity leave is available through short-term disability; paternity leave is not offered. There are 10 paid holidays and four to six weeks of vacation each year, depending on tenure.
