Northrop Grumman Enterprise Management Services Corp. of Herndon won a $157.1 million contract from the Department of Homeland Security for application support centers operations and facilities services.

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. of Annapolis won a $22.2 million contract from the Navy for systems, repair, overhaul and depot maintenance.

Exxon Mobil Fuels Marketing Co. of Fairfax won a $66.5 million contract from the Defense Energy Support Center to provide diesel fuel, jet fuel and gasoline for the Navy.

The Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. of Baltimore won a $10.4 million contract from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command for renovations to Building 58 at the Washington Navy Yard.

Defense Planning Corp. of Vienna won a $76.7 million contract from the Army to provide contractor support.

Westat of Rockville won a $17.5 million contract from the Department of Education for the Center for Educator Compensation Reform (formerly the National Center for Teacher Incentives).

Westat also won a $9.7 million contract from the Department of Health and Human Services to provide research and development for the innovations clearinghouse.

Lockheed Martin Services Inc. of Seabrook won a $6 million contract from the Environmental Protection Agency for publications and distribution services in support of the National Service Center for Environmental Publications.

Ideamatics Inc. of McLean won a $38.3 million contract from the Army to provide support services for the Joint Mobilization Processing Systems.

Federal Express Corp. of the District won a $3.1 million contract from the Navy for non-express, domestic, small-package ground-shipping services.

Z-Tech Corp. of Rockville won a $7.1 million contract from the Environmental Protection Agency for technical and ecological support services.

Synergy Enterprises Inc. of Silver Spring won a $1.31 million contract from the Department of Health and Human Services for scientific meeting and conference services.

Engineering Applications Consultants PC of Burke won a $1 million contract from the Army for architectural-engineering services.

The Department of Justice awarded up to $50 million for transcription services for the Executive Office for Immigration Review to: Free State Reporting Inc. of Annapolis; York Stenographic Services Inc. of York, Pa.; and Deposition Services Inc. of Rockville.

Computer Sciences Corp. of Chantilly won a $17.3 million contract from the Environmental Protection Agency for scientific and technical support.

IIF Data Solutions Inc. of Centreville won a $1.8 million contract from the Army for the Florida Army National Guard family education and counseling services program.

IMS Government Solutions of Falls Church won a $4.8 million contract from the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services for a survey of retail prices, payment and utilization rates, and performance rankings.

ICF Inc. of Fairfax won an $8.4 million contract from the Environmental Protection Agency to provide technical support for toxicology, chemistry, human exposure, environmental fate and ecological assessments of pesticides. It also won a $7.3 million contract for a national air toxics assessment and risk assessment.

Occam Solutions Inc. of Annandale won a $2 million contract from the Navy to provide support services for the Navy Civilian Human Resources Benefits Contact Center.

SRA International Inc. of Arlington won a $12.3 million contract from the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. to design and implement the Premium Practitioner System.

Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office of Patuxent River won a $2.3 million contract from the Navy to provide systems engineering for existing V-22 support equipment.

Johnson Controls Building Automation LLC of Gaithersburg won a $1.2 million contract from the Air Force for installation of a 911 emergency dispatch system at the Yokota Air Base in Tokyo.

Terex Corp. of Stafford won a $2.5 million contract from the Navy for a heavy maintenance crane.

Dynamic Technology Systems Inc. of Alexandria won an $8.2 million contract from the Army for a publication content management program.

York River Electric of Yorktown, Va., won up to $3 million from the Department of Homeland Security to upgrade an electrical distribution subsystem.

Forrester Construction Co. of Rockville won a $12.1 million contract from the Army for renovation of Buildings 2257 and 4217 at Fort Meade.

TCMP Health Services LLC of Springfield won a $75.9 million contract from the Army for dental services.

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. of McLean won a $24.8 million contract from the Army for road-map development support.

Emmes Corp. of Rockville won an $8.2 million contract from the National Institute of Diabetes for research and development for the Islet/Beta Cell Transplant Registry.

Defense Planning Corp. of Vienna won a $3.4 million contract from the Army for support services.

Omnitec Solutions Inc. of Bethesda won a $3.7 million contract from the Navy to provide command strategic leadership services to include research and analysis support on internal and external issues.

Unisys Corp. of Reston won an $11.4 million contract from the FBI for information technology services.

HealtheState LLC of Fairfax won a $3.7 million contract from the Air Force for the Health West Virginia Study.

Hunt Consulting of Gaithersburg won a $2.1 million contract from the Architect of the Capitol for Library of Congress and House of Representatives group re-lamping.

Contracting and Facilities Management of Arlington won an $11.7 million contract from the Fish and Wildlife Service for a standard study of administrative clerical functions.

Clym Environmental Services LLC of Frederick won a $4.8 million contract from the Department of Health and Human Services for the synopsis for regulatory compliance support.

ViON Corp. of the District won a $22 million contract from the Defense Information Systems Agency to provide service for the processor environment.

Apptis Inc. of Chantilly won an $83.4 million contract from the Defense Information Systems Agency to provide information technology services for the processor environment.

Sun Microsystems Federal Inc. of McLean won a $68.3 million contract from the Defense Information Systems Agency to provide information technology services for the processor environment.

BAE Systems Applied Technologies Inc. of Rockville won a $109.3 million contract from the Naval Air Systems Command for maintenance, logistic and life cycle support.

Macfadden and Associates Inc. of Silver Spring won an $80 million contract from the Agency for International Development to provide support services for the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance.

ActioNet of Fairfax won a $48 million contract from the Department of State to provide administrative support service to the Technical Security System Program.

Metropolitan Architects & Planners Inc. of Alexandria won a $20 million contract from the Department of Health and Human Services for architectural and engineering services for master planning and associated studies for National Institute of Health facilities.

KPMG of the District won a contract for up to $103.3 million from the Department of Justice for audit and advisory services.

UHY LLP of the District won a $74 million contract from the Department of Justice for audit and advisory services.

Products Support Inc. of Jessup won a $2.2 million contract from the Air Force for a fuel control test station.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP of McLean won a $106.9 million contract from the Department of Justice for audit and advisory services.
