Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 100 percent of medical, dental and optical premiums for employees and dependents including domestic partners, effective the first day of employment. There are 20 paid holidays, including eight days in December each year. Eight weeks of paid maternity and three weeks of paid paternity leave are available at full salary. Paid bereavement, personal leave, sick and vacation days are available at employee's discretion; vacation days are expected to total about 15 days each year. Company offers a 401(k) plan and matches 100 percent of employee contribution up to $15,000, the legal maximum. Tuition reimbursement is provided case by case. Corporate training is provided as needed. Bonuses are awarded quarterly based on individual and company performance; historically, bonuses have been about 25 percent of employee's salary. The company pays fully for employee cellphones, monthly cellphone bills and unlimited purchases at Starbucks. Free luxury-box sports tickets at RFK Stadium and the Verizon Center are made available to all employees. The company sponsors a kickball team, an annual Wiffle Ball tournament and a monthly outing such as bowling, movies or a winery tour -- usually during business hours.
