Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 100 percent of medical, dental and optical premiums for employees and dependents including domestic partners, effective the first day of employment. There are 20 paid holidays, including eight days in December each year. Eight weeks of paid maternity and three weeks of paid paternity leave are available at full salary. Paid bereavement, personal leave, sick and vacation days are available at employee's discretion; vacation days are expected to total about 15 days each year.
