The company has been profitable every quarter since its inception and is in an exciting industry with unlimited opportunities, not unlike the Internet in 1996.

What are the demographics of your company?

Company-wide, we're 42 percent female and 25 percent minority. Of the four people on the senior-management team, three are female and one is minority.

What positions do you have available, and what level of expertise do you want?

The vice president of operations is a more senior position. We're looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience.

The other five positions we're looking for: an account manager, two junior software engineers, a network engineer and a graphic designer with one to four years of experience for each position. We do not require security clearances.
