Wilson Boulevard Christian Church , 3850 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, is having a Halloween party for youths ages 7 and older Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.. The Rev. Kevin O'Neil will teach a course titled "The Christian Moral Life" Tuesday from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church , 2700 S. 19th St., Arlington. The course is offered by the Continuing Christian Development Institute, and participants may receive a certificate in adult faith formation. It is sponsored by the National Council of Catholic Men Northern Virginia chapter. $20 per session, registration required. 703-941-4329.
