The Rev. Kevin O'Neil will teach a course titled "The Christian Moral Life" Tuesday from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church , 2700 S. 19th St., Arlington. The course is offered by the Continuing Christian Development Institute, and participants may receive a certificate in adult faith formation.
