· APPLICATION FEE: $50 per adult.
· SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200 with approved credit, but it can be up to two months' rent.
· AMENITY FEE: $400 upon move-in, and $200 per year thereafter.
· LEASE TERM: Six to 12 months; premium of $100 per month for less than a year.
· UTILITIES: Residents pay gas, electricity and water.
· AMENITIES: Each building has a fitness center, business center, rooftop pool, terrace with gas grill and 24-hour concierge. Apartments have built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, icemaker and stackable full-size washer and dryer. Storage units and fireplaces are available for a premium.
· PARKING: Covered parking available for $50 per month for first car and $150 per month for second.
· PET POLICY: Two pets allowed, up to 35 pounds each. Breed restrictions apply. A $500-per-pet nonrefundable fee; $50 per-month-per-pet rent.
