begins at the statue of the Lone Sailor at the U.S. Navy Memorial, with the U.S. Navy Band, Ceremonial Guard and Color Guard.

At 3:30 p.m., a wreath-laying ceremony with remarks by veterans begins at the Women in Military Service for America

Memorial.
