INDECENT EXPOSURE
WEST OX RD.,4700 block, 4:20 p.m. Nov. 4. A man, 40, and his daughter, 14, saw a man standing near the road, exposing himself. A man, 70, of no fixed address was charged with indecent exposure and taking indecent liberties with a child.
WILLOW CRESCENT DR.,3300 block, 12:45 a.m. Nov. 9. A woman in a ground-floor apartment heard a noise at a window. When she opened blinds, she saw a man exposing himself. The man left.
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
CERROMAR PL.,12500 block. Lights were stolen from a residence.
CHAIN BRIDGE RD.,2900 block. Sleeping pills were stolen from a business.
FAIR OAKS SHOPPING CENTER,11700 block. Sunglasses were stolen from a business.
FRANKLIN FARM RD.,13300 block. A trailer was stolen from a business.
JERMANTOWN RD.,3300 block. A fire extinguisher was stolen from a vehicle.
JOSEPH SIEWICK DR.,3600 block. A wallet was stolen from a hospital.
LANEVIEW PL.,3200 block. A purse was stolen from a residence.
