Monday, November 20, 2006; Page E10
Donovan McNabb tore a ligament in his right knee and will miss the rest of the season, the third time in five years the Eagles will finish a campaign without their hard-luck quarterback.
McNabb was rolling to his right and was bumped out of bounds after throwing an incomplete pass when he grabbed his leg in pain early in the second quarter of Philadelphia's 31-13 loss to the Titans yesterday.

He was immediately tended to by trainers, carted off the field and later taken to a hospital. The Eagles said McNabb, a five-time Pro Bowl selection in the midst of a possible career year, tore his anterior cruciate ligament.
"That's normally an eight-month-to-a-year injury," Coach Andy Reid said, "so he's done for the year."
· STREAK IN JEOPARDY: Brett Favre injured a nerve in his right elbow, and his status for the Packers' upcoming game at Seattle is unclear, Coach Mike McCarthy said.
Favre, who has started 251 straight games including the playoffs, left the field holding his right elbow late in the second quarter of a 35-0 loss to the Patriots.
McCarthy said Favre wasn't in pain but was unable to muster enough strength in his hand to adequately grip the football after halftime.
· JORDAN DONE: Raiders RB LaMont Jordan likely is out for the season with a serious injury to his left knee.
"Jordan's prognosis is that he tore his MCL," Coach Art Shell said after the 17-13 loss to the Chiefs.
Jordan was helped off the field in the first quarter after a 12-yard gain. . . .
Lions RB Kevin Jones injured an ankle late in the first quarter against the Cardinals. He was taken to the locker room for X-rays. . . .
Rams DE Leonard Little said he has agreed to three-year contract extension.
