Sure, you could watch that same favorite holiday special again this year -- but why not pick something fresh from Santa's television grab bag? Here's a sampling of all-new programs airing through Christmas Eve.

This Week:

SANTA BABY

Sunday at 8 p.m. on ABC Family

Jenny McCarthy plays Mary Class, an ambitious executive whose father happens to be Santa Claus (George Wendt). Her ideas on modernizing Christmas met resistance at home, so Mary traded life at the North Pole for big-city success and a BlackBerry. But when Santa becomes ill, Mary returns home to help him prepare for the holiday.

WHAT'S WITH THAT CHRISTMAS HOUSE?

Sunday at 9 p.m. on HGTV

Wherever you live, chances are you're not far from a home whose decor sticks out like an oversize candy cane this time of year. This special introduces viewers to the folks behind the campiest (or cheeriest, depending on your point of view) homes on the holiday block.

CHRISTMAS ON CHESTNUT STREET

Sunday at 9 p.m. on Lifetime

The commercialization of the season clashes with the true meaning of Christmas in the story of an employee (Robert Moloney) and boss (Kristen Dalton) at odds over a store contest.
