The Redskins held the ball for nearly 75 percent of the quarter, but miscues prevented them from taking advantage. There were five Washington penalties in the quarter, including three false starts and a roughing-the-passer foul. Campbell's second interception -- a ball deflected by William James -- was returned 84 yards by Michael Lewis for a touchdown. Washington went three-and-out on consecutive possessions before the Eagles marched 80 yards in six plays, capped by a Garcia-to-Donte-Stallworth touchdown pass. The Redskins threatened on their next drive but had to settle for a 45-yard Suisham field goal.
