WHAT: An espionage-themed mission (should you choose to accept it) in the nation's capital.

FIRST: State-of-the-art audiovisual programs, interactive displays, historical photographs and artifacts make the International Spy Museum a natural first stop.

The International Spy Museum, 800 F St. NW. $15, seniors $14, students and children $12. 202-393-7798.

THEN: Robert De Niro directs " The Good Shepherd," a dramatic look at the beginnings of the Central Intelligence Agency, through the eyes of Edward Wilson (Matt Damon).

FINALLY: Capitalizing on its proximity to the International Spy Museum, the sleek chrome, wood and cherry-red interior of Zola encourages intimate, whispered conversations over a couple of glasses of the Bond, a specialty drink and obvious nod to 007 that includes Blavod Black Vodka. Sample lobster rolls and chocolate bombe while scoping out the backlit panels of declassified intelligence documents.

Zola, 800 F St. NW. 202-654-0999.
