UNITED NATIONS (AP) -- Security experts were analyzing a suspicious package leaking white powder that was left in CNN's mailbox at U.N. headquarters Friday, U.N. officials said.
"A suspicious package was found and it is being analyzed," U.N. associate spokesman Yves Sorokobi said.
Security guards closed off the surrounding area, including The Associated Press office, as well as other areas in the building where the package was taken for examination.
