· JAGUARS: Running back Fred Taylor missed a second straight practice and remained questionable to play against New England on Sunday. He strained his right hamstring Dec. 10 against Indianapolis and re-injured it last week at Tennessee. Tests revealed no tears and little bleeding, and Taylor was hoping to practice today.
· GIANTS: Defensive end Michael Strahan practiced for the second straight day, and it's looking more likely the seven-time Pro Bowler will play against New Orleans on Sunday.
Coach Tom Coughlin declined to speculate how much Strahan would play in his first action since spraining his right foot on Nov. 5 against Houston.
· JETS: Running back Cedric Houston was listed as questionable for New York's game at Miami on Monday night with a calf injury.
· BILLS: Wide receiver Peerless Price (bruised triceps) returned to practice, but Buffalo fears it could be without starting fullback Daimon Shelton (concussion) against Tennessee.
· CARDINALS: Starting tackle Leonard Davis left the team to be with his ailing father. Coach Dennis Green said he was hopeful Davis would be back for Sunday's game.
