-Remarks by Senate President Pro Tempore Ted Stevens, R-Alaska, House Speaker Dennis Hastert, R-Ill., and Vice President Dick Cheney.
-Presentation of wreaths by Stevens, Hastert and Cheney.
-Benediction by retired Rear Adm. Barry C. Black, Senate chaplain.
