The Redskins' rally continued with one of the most impressive drives in Campbell's short tenure. Campbell led Washington with 66 yards, completing all four of his passes for 67 yards, and T.J. Duckett surged one yard for a touchdown. But on the Giants' next drive, Barber single-handedly dragged his team to the precipice of the playoffs. He carried the ball five times for 70 yards and scored his third touchdown of the night, a 50-yard romp that restored the Giants' two-possession lead. Washington tacked on a late score on Campbell's one-yard touchdown pass to Mike Sellers but failed to complete the comeback on its final possession.
