Care to comment on how money will be allocated for construction at Washington Dulles International? Through Jan. 24, the public can weigh in on a plan to use the Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) levied on those leaving Reagan National to cover the expansion of Dulles's international arrivals building. PFCs are already in place at both airports; it's the distribution of the $4.50 fee that may be changing. Charges collected between 2011 and 2014 are tentatively set to be spent on the Dulles expansion. "Bali and Java: Folk Art and Tradition," a free exhibit at San Francisco International's international terminal through March 26, includes shadow puppets, textiles and other Indonesian objects. SFO also recently opened a cellphone waiting lot. . . . Philadelphia International is displaying hard-to-pronounce art these days, including the "bahdeebahdu" lighting exhibit by Warren Muller between terminals A East and B and Ken Vavrek's "Magnethera" abstract sculptures in Terminal B. . . . American Airlines (on Jan. 17) and Cathay Pacific Airways (on Jan. 21) will both move to Terminal 2 in Tokyo's Narita International.
