The year 2007 is still shiny and new. So before you get bogged down in the inevitable grind of obligations, take a few minutes to look at the fun things coming your way. We're highlighting some of the biggest and best options for the next six months -- the kinds of events that show up on our Weekend's Best page each week -- and you'll probably want to mark a few on your calendar. Planning now can make the future more enjoyable (make reservations!) and less disappointing (all the tickets were sold when?).
This year, we are publishing our annual calendar in two parts. You have Part 1 today, covering now through June. On June 29, we'll publish Part 2, covering July through December (another good reason to mark your calendar). Remember, schedules can change, so it's a good idea to call for confirmation before planning an outing. And, of course, read Weekend each Friday for the most current information.
