Government Center Exhibits Art Guild's Works


The Springfield Art Guild is featuring several artists in exhibits at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Pkwy., through April 14.

The center is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. The exhibits are in Fifth Floor South executive offices.

Artists in Many Media to Speak at Loft Gallery


An annual inventory showing Saturday through March 4 at the Loft Gallery in Occoquan will feature opportunities to talk to artists who work with watercolors, sculpture, prints, photography and many other media.

The gallery, 313 Mill St., is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays-Fridays; 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays; and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays.

McLean Project Invites Volunteers to Open House


The McLean Project for the Arts in the McLean Community Center will have an open house from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. The project hopes to sign up volunteers for an art-filled event in October.

The Project for the Arts is on the upper level of the community center at 1234 Ingleside Ave.
