1. Retail building. KAMB Limited Partnership, Beltsville. A permit to build a 12,574-square-foot retail building at 900 Rockville Pike, Rockville. (USE-2006-00702)

2. Hotel and grocery store. Fortune Parc Development Partners LLC, Rockville. An amended preliminary plan to add retail use, including a grocery store, and a hotel to property approved for residential and office space. The property comprises 20.3 acres in the northwest quadrant of Interstate 270 and Montrose Road in Rockville. (1-2003029A)

3. Residential lots. TriCapital Partners, North Bethesda. A preliminary plan for five single-family and 10 townhouse lots in Burtonsville. The 3.3-acre property is on Blackburn Road, north of Berleigh Hill Court, Burtonsville. (1-20070450)

4. Multifamily units. Bozzuto Development, Greenbelt, and Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bethesda. An application to change from single-family to multifamily use to build 107 units and make improvements for the church at 8011 Old Georgetown Rd., west of Glenbrook Road, Bethesda. (G-864)

6. Industrial building. Galway Group, Washington. A preliminary plan to build a 21,000-square-foot industrial building on 1.19 acres at 5204 River Rd., just west of the Capital Crescent Trail, Bethesda. (7-20070140)

17. Office building. Williamson Group, Rockville. A permit to build a $6.7 million office building of 56,582 square feet at 19785 Crystal Rock Dr., Germantown.

18. Townhouses. Eton Square LLC, Rockville. A permit to build 21 townhouses in Eton Square on Regents Park Drive, west of Route 355 and south of Route 118, Germantown.
