Where's the Coalition?

In reading the many stories in The Post since President Bush decided to ignore the Baker-Hamilton Iraq Study Group report and send an additional 21,500 troops to Iraq, I was struck by one glaring omission: There seems to have been no mention of the "coalition" with which we are supposedly sharing the costs and risks in Iraq.
It seems to me that this "coalition of the willing" has become the coalition of the unwilling as its members slowly but surely withdraw their troops and support while the United States twists in the wind.
Mr. Bush would have made a somewhat stronger case for his "surge" if it consisted of an equal number of -- or any -- troops from our former coalition partners.
