PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 14 -- The Wizards will be off until Tuesday's home game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. On Thursday, Gilbert Arenas, Caron Butler, Coach Eddie Jordan and the coaching staff will travel to Las Vegas for All-Star Weekend.

Guard Roger Mason Jr. is also making the trip to participate in NBA Players Association meetings. Assistant Mike O'Koren will coach the second-year players in Friday night's rookie/sophomore all-star game.

O'Koren will put together a few basic inbounds plays and offensive sets when players and coaches gather Thursday night for a meeting in Las Vegas.

"I just want to have some basic things put in place and talk to the guys about some basic things like playing the right way, defending tough and sharing the basketball," O'Koren said. "The main thing is to just have a good time and enjoy being a part of a fun weekend."

Pollin Recovering

According to a team spokesman, team owner Abe Pollin is recovering well after suffering a broken pelvis in a fall several weeks ago. Pollin has been at home and expects to return to the office soon.

Jordan Is an Admirer of Iguodala

Jordan is a fan of Philadelphia forward Andre Iguodala, who is in his third season out of Arizona, and said he expects Iguodala to be an all-star in the near future.
