ON STAGE "The Constant Wife" W. Somerset Maugham's comedic tale of a woman coping with her husband's infidelity by making her own way in the world didn't sound like the ideal production to open on Valentine's Day, but open it did at Olney Theatre Center. Now that our initial desire to protect the sanctity of that most romantic day has passed, we'll tell you about it: "The Constant Wife" is at Olney Theatre through March 11. $25-$46. FILM "Easy Rider" U-Md.'s Hoff Theater shows the 1960s original buddy/road-trip movie, with Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper as bikers on a lengthy ride to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. FOR FAMILIES Strathmore's Jazzy Day Out With the annual East Coast Jazz Festival postponed this year, the Music Center at Strathmore teamed with the organizer, the Fish Middleton Jazz Scholarship Fund, to make the Strathmore's annual open house Monday a jazz-themed afternoon. The Junior Mance Trio and Robert Frost Middle School Jazz Band are among the performers, and there will be art activities, storytelling and singalongs.
