Highlights
"The Wiggles" (Disney Channel at 7 a.m.) is back for a fifth season, which was shot before Yellow Wiggle Greg Page left the quartet.
This evening SpongeBob gets political. A "SpongeBob SquarePants" marathon begins at 5 p.m. on Nickelodeon. During the first two hours, viewers can vote online for one of two presidential contenders, Patrick or Larry the Lobster. After the votes are tallied, three brand-new Patrick-themed episodes begin at 7 p.m.
"Heroes" (Channel 4 at 9) has a new hero: Hana Gitelman (Stana Katic), a fierce woman with "wireless" mental abilities.
Last chance to catch "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" (Channel 4 at 10) before it goes on hiatus. Matt's got writer's block, and Jordan and Danny practice being parents using a fake baby.
On "Prison Break" (Channel 5 at 8), Michael and Sara realize that Pope (Stacy Keach) is the key to bringing down "The Company."

Ted finds out that Robin still has an old keepsake from her ex-boyfriend on "How I Met Your Mother" (Channel 9 at 8).
On "Two and a Half Men" (Channel 9 at 9), Charlie seeks guidance from an older woman (Morgan Fairchild) about how to keep up with a much younger woman.
"CSI: Miami" (Channel 9 at 10) uncovers neighborhood secrets and lies when a babysitter's parents are murdered.
Leonard "Mr. Spock" Nimoy hosts "Star Trek: The Final Frontier" (The History Channel at 9), an examination of the series as global cultural phenomenon.
"Nora Roberts' Carolina Moon" (Lifetime at 9) stars Claire Forlani as a clairvoyant who returns to her South Carolina home town, where she is still looked on with suspicion because of the long-ago murder of her childhood friend.
James Lipton interviews Diana Ross on "Inside the Actors Studio" (Bravo at 8).
Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, Ryan Seacrest, Tiki Barber and the Silversun Pickups appear on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" (Channel 4, 11:35).
Jim Carrey and Daytona 500 winner Kevin Harvick are guests on "Late Show With David Letterman" (Channel 9, 11:35).
