There's been plenty of buzz about the second District Sample Sale, where more than 20 boutiques will sell their end-of-season wares and debut spring styles. Among the shops: Muleh, Denim Bar, Urban Chic, the Shoe Hive and the Purse Store. Cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and a raffle top off this event, which benefits SOME Place for Kids, a program for needy children.
