LAND

· Stay at the Inn at Perry Cabin, an Orient-Express hotel in St. Michaels, Md., and get three nights for the price of two. Good through March 31, the package also includes different extras each night, including board games delivered to your room and in-room cordials. · Mount Washington Resort at Bretton Woods in New Hampshire has a ski and stay package starting at $79 per person double per night for Sunday-Thursday stays and $95 Fridays and Saturdays (taxes are an extra 8 percent). The package includes accommodations, breakfast and lift tickets for the day of arrival and each night of lodging. Nordic skiers receive a trail pass, equipment rental and 90-minute group lesson each day. Cheapest rates apply to rooms at the Lodge at Bretton Woods. · Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., is offering a spring rate of $299 a night, a savings of at least $100. The deal is good on Sunday-Tuesday arrivals through April 1 . The oceanfront resort sits on 16 acres about 10 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport. Taxes and service fees of 18 percent are extra. SEA

· Seabourn has reduced rates on a new cruise-and-hotel itinerary May 10-18 that includes an eight-day cruise to Italy and the French Riviera and two pre-cruise nights at the Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat near Nice, France. Package starts at $4,198 per person double, plus about $47 taxes. Deal also includes a half-day tour and transfers from the hotel to the Seabourn Legend in Monte Carlo. · Book a select seven-night Western Caribbean cruise aboard Princess's Star Princess through SureCruise.com and receive a free shore excursion for two. The deal applies to four April departures from Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Prices start at $715 per person double for an oceanview cabin, including $58 taxes. Shore excursions include a two-hour pirate ship cruise in Grand Cayman, a 2 1/2 -hour snorkeling trip in Cozumel, Mexico, and a 2 1/2 -hour waterfall walk and tour at Coyaba Waterfalls & Gardens in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. AIR

· AirTran is offering introductory fares on its new nonstop service between BWI and Portland, Maine. Fare is $157 round trip, including $19 taxes; fare on other airlines is about $177 for connecting service from BWI and $307 for nonstop flights from Washington Dulles. Flights begin June 8. Fourteen-day advance purchase required, but there are no other restrictions. The airline is also starting new service to San Diego, St. Louis, Phoenix, Seattle and Charleston, S.C., and is offering sale fares to the new destinations as part of a systemwide sale; purchase by March 8 and travel by Aug. 22 (other restrictions apply based on city). Service to St. Louis and Seattle starts May 8, and to Charleston and San Diego, May 24; flights to Phoenix have already started. Purchase at http://www.airtran.com/ or pay $5 more at 800-247-8726.

· Delta has sale fares between BWI and Honolulu. Round-trip fare is $503, including $45 taxes. Deal is good for travel by May 23. PACKAGES

· United Vacations has a deal to the all-inclusive Beaches Boscobel Resort & Golf Club in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Leave on a Monday by April 16 and a three-night package for a family of four is $3,382 (including $351 in taxes). The package includes lodging, nonstop flights from Washington Dulles and transfers. The deal also qualifies one child age 12 or younger per adult for a kids' airfare rebate of 50 percent, which is being offered on all Caribbean and Mexico vacations through 2007 (some blackout dates apply). Rebate amount is determined upon completion of a form, available at http://www.unitedvacations.com/kidsfly, and goes up to $250 per child; rebate does not apply to April 9 departure. · Save $250 per person on summer departures of Untours' trips to Venice or Tuscany. For example, a trip to Venice with round-trip air from Washington, 14 nights' accommodations at a centrally located apartment and vaporetto water bus pass is now priced at $3,068 per person double (including taxes) for seven departures in June, July, August and September.
