Red-Light, Speed Cameras on the Blink

Red-light and stationary speed cameras at these locations have not been working in recent months, according to American Traffic Solutions, which is to officially take over management of the cameras today:

· East Capitol Street (westbound) at Benning Road NE

· New York Avenue (eastbound) at Bladensburg Road NE

· North Capitol Street (northbound) at Harewood Road NE

· North Capitol Street at Missouri Avenue NE

· K Street (westbound) at 25th Street NW
