War Vigil Tomorrow
Anne Arundel Peace Action will have a vigil to mark the fourth anniversary of the start of the war in Iraq from noon to 1:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Kunta Kinte Memorial at City Dock in Annapolis. The names of U.S. military personnel killed in the war will be read. Call 410-263-7409.
Easter Egg Sale
The annual sale of Shady Side handmade Easter eggs, created by Centenary United Methodist Church members, is underway. The eggs are available in four flavors -- butter cream, chocolate, coconut and peanut butter -- and sell for $8 a pound. Calling 410-867-9567.
Career Help for Women
The YMCA of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County is having a free workshop for women called "Make Your Passion Pay!" from 7 to 8:30 p.m. next Thursday at the YMCA Building, 1517 Ritchie Hwy., Arnold. Nutrition Workshops
The Anne Arundel County Department of Health's Learn to Live program is hosting nutrition workshops during weekends at county supermarkets from March through June.
