Highlights

More college basketball tonight in the NCAA tournament's round of 16: Georgetown vs. Vanderbilt (Channel 9, 7:25) and University of North Carolina vs. University of Southern California (Channel 9, 9:55).

Nancy O'Dell and Tim Vincent host the 56th annual "Miss USA Pageant" (Channel 4 at 9) live from Hollywood. Current Miss USA Tara Conner, who came this close to giving up her title after it was revealed that she engaged in some non-beauty-queen behavior, such as underage drinking and promiscuity, will crown her successor.

"Six Degrees" (Channel 7 at 9), the low-rated show about strangers in New York who are all somehow connected, returns to ABC's lineup. Laura gets her first date since her husband died, and Whitney (Bridget Moynahan) is forced to work with the man who broke her heart.

On "20/20" (Channel 7 at 10), John Stossel looks at things that "drive people crazy," including misbehaving kids, overpriced sneakers, money-grubbing televangelists and children having children out of wedlock.

On a new episode of "Wedding Bells" (Channel 5 at 9), Dede, the runaway bride, returns to the Wedding Palace and demands another shot at getting hitched.

"Acceptable.TV" (VH1 at 10) is a new multi-platform TV series featuring three-minute episodes of six proposed TV series, five by show producers and one produced by a Web user. Viewers then can vote at http://www.acceptable.tv to indicate which shows they would like to see back next week.

"Final Analysis: The Susan Polk Case" (Court TV at 10) recounts the 2002 murder of Bay Area psychologist Felix Polk by his wife, Susan.

Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin, commentator David Frum and singer John Legend are round-table guests on "Real Time With Bill Maher" (HBO at 11).

Nick Nolte, bug expert Rudd Kleinpaste and music group Guster appear on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" (Channel 4, 11:35).
